Ehab Tech Company is the data controller for personal data processed through the Ehab Tech Hub cloud network management software platform.

Data we collect

• Account details: name, email address, phone number and password (stored securely).
• Business records: routers, sites, vouchers, sales and fee payments.
• Technical data: router reports, device addresses of hotspot users, login times and data usage.
• Payment records: amounts, dates and receipt numbers. We do not store card numbers.

Why we use it

To run the Service, approve accounts, calculate and collect platform fees, send receipts, keep networks secure and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

• Our authorised payment provider, which processes online payments and receives your name, email and payment details for that purpose.
• Hosting and email providers that run the Service on our behalf.
• Authorities, when required by law.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and financial records for as long as the law requires.
